Clarante was born from a unique collaboration between Ilse Gielen, an architect and interior designer, and the first client she renovated a house for in Javea. Their paths first crossed during the renovation of Casa Maura, a project in Jávea on the Costa Blanca. The introduction was made by Ingrid Bijnens, a real estate expert with in-depth knowledge of the region, who guided in the purchase of their first property in Spain.

Following this first project, the same team has already successfully completed a lot of full renovation and construction projects, several of which have been featured in renowned interior and lifestyle magazines – a testament to the quality and distinctive style of their work.

With Clarante, they combine their strengths to simplify the process of building and renovating along the Spanish coast. Thanks to their complementary skills and hands-on approach, they aim to guide clients through every stage of creating their dream home – from purchase to design and completion.
